The above carvings are done in the style of Wilhelm Schimmel itinerant carver that wandered through central PA in the late 1800's.  His work is highly sought after today and demands quite a bit of attention at country auctions. It is also featured in most of the county's major museum's Americana collections.   My pieces reflect his style and  are antiqued to a soft aged patina.

These carvings reflect my own personal style. They are polychromed and hand rubbed to a soft finish. Carvings are available twice a year, once at the Breininger Pottery Show and Sale held in late Aug. And at the Holly Spring Farm open house , it's at this show that my highly sought after and brightly painted Santas, Angels, and of course Mt. Dogs are offered for sale. Collectors come from all across the country but mostly the North Eastern states.
